Welcome to Unreal Experiences. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of any service offered by Unreal Experiences LLC ("Unreal Experiences," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Who We Are

Unreal Experiences LLC is a luxury travel intelligence company providing destination research, custom dossiers, itineraries, and concierge support based on firsthand experience and independent research. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not book flights, hotels, or experiences on your behalf, and we do not hold any financial interest in the properties, restaurants, or experiences we recommend.

2. Nature of Our Services

All services provided by Unreal Experiences are advisory and informational in nature. We provide curated recommendations, research, and planning intelligence based on the information you provide to us in your Travel Intelligence Request, combined with our own firsthand knowledge and independent research. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or the future status of any hotel, restaurant, activity, or service provider mentioned in any deliverable. You are solely responsible for making your own bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements based on the information we provide, unless explicitly stated otherwise as part of a purchased service. Unreal Experiences is not responsible for any third-party booking, cancellation, pricing change, closure, or service failure related to any recommendation we provide.

3. Service Tiers and Deliverables

Each service we offer (including, without limitation, The Unreal Destination Report, The Unreal Dossier, The Unreal Itinerary, The Unreal Honeymoon Dossier, The Unreal Wellness Dossier, and The Unreal Concierge Line) includes specific deliverables and delivery timelines as described on our website at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines begin upon our receipt of your completed Travel Intelligence Request, not upon payment, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service offering, including pricing and inclusions, at any time. Changes will not affect services already purchased.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, you authorize Unreal Experiences to charge the full amount for the selected service. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Unreal Experiences. To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us directly at [insert contact email]. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We encourage clients to reach out as early as possible if circumstances change.

6. The Unreal Concierge Line

The Unreal Concierge Line provides direct text-based access to our founders during the active service period purchased, with standard availability between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM EST. While we may be reachable outside of these hours on a best-effort basis, we do not guarantee availability or response outside our stated business hours. Messages received outside business hours will be responded to as soon as reasonably possible once business hours resume.

The Concierge Line is intended for travel-related questions, recommendations, and support. It is not a substitute for emergency services. In the event of a medical emergency, safety concern, or other urgent situation, you should immediately contact local emergency services, your travel insurance provider, or the nearest embassy or consulate.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information in your Travel Intelligence Request and any related communications. Unreal Experiences is not responsible for errors, omissions, or service shortcomings that result from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance, verifying entry requirements, visa requirements, vaccination requirements, and any other legal or health requirements applicable to your trip. While we may include general guidance on these topics in certain deliverables, this information is provided for convenience only and should be independently verified with the relevant government or official sources before travel.

8. No Travel Agency Relationship

Nothing in these Terms or in any communication with Unreal Experiences creates a travel agency, fiduciary, or booking agent relationship between you and Unreal Experiences. We do not act as your agent in any booking or reservation, and we receive no commission, referral fee, or financial incentive from any property, restaurant, or service provider we recommend unless explicitly disclosed to you in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided to you as part of any Unreal Experiences service, including but not limited to dossiers, itineraries, guides, and written recommendations, is intended solely for your personal use in planning your trip. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially use any deliverable without our prior written consent.

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Unreal Experiences LLC and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unreal Experiences LLC, its founders, and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, travel disruption, financial loss, or personal injury, arising from or related to your use of our services or reliance on any recommendation provided.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. No Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any recommendation, and we do not guarantee that any property, restaurant, or experience will meet your expectations.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
